1/2 lb baby carrots 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1/2 tsp ground turmeric 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground cumin Salt and pepper to taste 1 large clove garlic minced 1/2 tsp fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
